I entered all 90 of my codes on Christmas Eve between 11pm and Midnight and went to bed right after. The next morning I woke up and checked my email and BAM! I got an email stating that one of my codes had been selected. So i was reading the instructions on how to claim the prize and it say to do the following steps, but the thing is that there was only one step, and thay was to enter the confirmation code which was supposed to be sent with the same email, but it turns out it wasn’t. They only emailed me one step, but i asked a friend who won and they said there was supposed to be 6 steps not one. So therefore I can’t claim my prize. And because its Christmas there is no one working there till the 29th so therefor no one can resend the eamil to me with the right info, and the rules say i have to claim the prize 48 hours after the draw but i can’t do that cause they didn’t give me the right info, so now it looks like i won’t be able to win, because i won’t have claimed it before 48 hours and i will be disqualified. Has anyone else who won have this problem?
I won an iPod this week, and there were definately a few steps. If I can remember correctly, you had to enter your confirmation code to start, then your email address and password, and finally your first name, last name, and province? Something like that. Then it said to sit back and relax for 6-8 weeks while your iPod was delivered.
I hope you get your iPod… and congrats on winning so late in the contest when there were obviously a lot of people entering.
