ScrapBook Firefox Extension

ScrapBook is a very cool Firefox Extension that allows you to collect clippings of text from the websites that you visit. This can be a great tool for when you are doing research. The clippings are organized and saved to disk and you are given the opportunity to add your own comments and annotations. Scrapbook also stores the origianl URL of the clipping so you can visit the full text of the site in the future, if needed.

This extension rocks. I’m already using another similar one, quicknote.

Agree that ScrapBook is really useful. Was planning to post about it and a few other extensions, including Sage, soon.
