Picasa 2 has just been released. Picasa is a great tool that let’s you organize, print, edit and share your photos. Version 2 has some neat new features that include instant albums, labels, stars, advanced picture search. This is in my opinion, the closest equivalent to iPhoto on the PC. So I have a question for all Digital Media Minute readers who have tried both Picasa and iPhoto: I’d like to know which one you prefer best, and why. I will admit that I am not going to stop using iPhoto quite yet but I am also enthusiastic about Picasa, especially about its general ease of use, which is breathtaking.
