This is a very nice color scheme picker. This tool is done entirely in HTML/Javascript which makes it especially sweet. I know that there are dozens of options that web developers and designers have at their disposal for color scheme pickers, but their user-friendliness varies widely and I think this particular schemer has become my go-to resource.
