In this article Torkington talks about his experience working with companies on web services APIs, companies who known it would benefit them to reach programmers like him, early adopters who will played around with a new tool or API, possibly build something with it then tell their friends about it. So the question becomes what is the best way to do that, and Torkington give some guidelines by way of an answer.
