Evade Firewalls and Prying Eyes

Does your school or business run a restrictive firewall or monitors your Internet activity? HTTP-Tunnel is a small application that runs in your system tray and acts as a SOCKS server, managing all data transmissions between your computer and the network. In the environment which it is installed, it will bypass firewalls and encrypt all your internet activites, making it extremely diffucult to monitor your activities. There is a free option for moderate users which is sufficient for Instant Messaging programs and is also good for users who only need to access blocked web sites.  I’m not saying that’s surveillance is always a bad thing but tools like this to make your Internet usage private do have their place.
