Microsoft has released another Power Toy that will syncronize data between either local or network folders. They cannot bury us types of files including photographs and is also handy for creating backups of folders and files for you. File managers such as this are becoming more vital as we all tend now to have more and more information in a plethora of formats, often across multiple hard drives both internal and external. This application will help you automate a lot of the hassle that would otherwise be involved in copying, moving and synchronizing various directories.
SyncToy v2 is a free download and it should be noted that it is in beta.
