Compare Fonts for the Screen

by Tom

Typetester is an web-based application that allows you to compare how different fonts will display on a screen. It’s primary role is to make web designer’s or web developer’s life easier. The author promises that as the new fonts are bundled into various operating systems, the list of the common fonts will be updated.

I haven’t played around with this too much, but if it works as promised it has to be a much faster way to analyze fonts’ appearance is that having to test each one manually. If you have time I’d appreciate any feedback at all that readers of this site could give me on this particular font comparison application.

If you found this helpful or interesting, please share it!
