JotSpot Live is a free web application that will let a group of people to take notes together on the same document at the same time. It much like collaborating on the same Microsoft Word document except the collaboration can be done in real-time. Ever since I first heard about this it seemed like incredibly useful technology to me, as more and more often I seem to be working with colleagues who are located across many miles or even time zones from me.
It’s one thing to have voice or instant messaging communications open and free but actually sharing documents in real-time enables collaboration like nothing else I can imagine. Take a look at this application; it is incredibly helpful, and free!
