If you live on the west coast of Canada or the US and are interested in Ruby on Rails development you might be interested in the upcoming Canada on Rails conference. This is something of a watershed because conferences like this normally mean that a technology has left an indelible mark on the developer community and that it is in a serious growth phase. I can’t say I’m really surprised though, as the interest among my immediate circle of friends in Ruby on Rails has grown exponentially from just a few years ago.
The dates are April 13th & 14th, 2006 and includes a kenote address by David Heinemeier Hansson (the creator of Rails). Registration is only $175CAD.
