I also find photography is the perfect creative outlet that provides me with counterpoint to endless hours at the computer as a web developer. In fact I suggest that if you have no other creative outlet and you are a tech professional, that you give photography a try because the chances are it will satisfy your tech savvy side and get you excited about creating something aesthetically pleasing.
