Do you feel like being Ted Turner and colorize black and white photos? Recolored is a pretty sweet free application for Windows that let’s you colorize B&W photos by simply drawing colored lines over top of regions of your pictures. There was a video circulating arount the ‘net a few months ago that showed how the technique would work. Now it’s actually an application that works very well!
