Peer-to-Peer VPN

Hamachi is a zero-configuration virtual private networking application that allows you to arrange multiple computers into their own secure network just as if they were connected by a physical network cable. The utility is free and has clients for Linux, Windows and OSX. Wow, this is such a valuable application and especially because of how incredibly good the graphic user interface appears in the screenshots.

Giving away this functionality for free is one thing but clearly this company has put a lot of time into designing the presentation of different choices one has when one is going to set up a peer-to-peer virtual private network. Go take a look for yourself.
