This one is a bit old, but in the event that you missed it, you should really check out Measure Map’s open-source Date Slider. The slider is a Flash component that allows you to select a range of dates and present nice summary data based on the date range. Measure Map is a slick web-based analytics application that is easy to install on virtually any blog. Update: You will notice that the original link now forwards directly to Google Analytics. Don’t let this confuse you.
As outstanding as the features of Measure Map were, especially the date slider that was the original reason for this post, it can’t be a surprise that Google bought them! It just goes to show you that very often you will be rewarded for excellence.
