Rogie’s work is very slick. I replied to him and suggested that he look at the jQuery project’s star rating UI control found here:

Since he mentioned that his system was missing some key functionality, I thought he might be able to take the existing code from the jQuery plugin, which has many of the things he mentioned, and really make it look hot.
