OpenLaszlo for Ruby on Rails

by Tom

If you’re looking to build RIA’s using Ruby on Rails you should check out the OpenLaszlo gem that provides Rich Flash output for your Rails views. There is also a Rails plugin to hook it all up for easy generation of OpenLaszlo applets. It’s no surprise that as Ruby on Rails gets more and more popular little pieces of help for web programmers who use  it will become available.

Gems are being created by programmers all over the place to facilitate the creation of RoR brilliance and I’d suggest you make liberal use of them, starting with those covered in this article.
