Rails 1.1 was released earlier today. This is the largest upgrade to the popular web app framework with RJS, Active Record, and 500 other things being improved! I’d love to elaborate but I’m going to get over to the site right now and delve deeper into some of the new features of Rails 1.1. I’m planning on doing a comprehensive review of this upgrade to bring everybody up to speed on it who might not have quite as much time or interest in the subject as I do. Stay tuned. Also, if you have taken a look at rails 1.1 why not leave your first impressions on it in the comments below?
