Boot Camp is a beta software program that allows you to install Windows XP without moving your Mac data. With Boot Camp you can burn a CD of all the required drivers for Windows so you don’t have to seek them out yourself. Once Boot Camp is installed you simply hold down the option key at startup to choose between Mac OS X and Windows. Cool! Dual-boot Macs! Wow, I’ve assumed that in order to run Windows and OS X I would naturally need to have two different computers altogether, but this sort of blows my mind with the implications of not being a second she for applications that still don’t have a counterpart in OS X.
