If you have a digital camera and Photoshop CS2, you should take a shot at creating a High Dynamic Range (HDR) Photograph. Are you familiar yet with HDR photography? I have a feeling it’s going to get a lot more popular with amateur photographers now that it can be achieved without spending a whole lot of money. You’ll be amazed at the results which includes fantastic color and detail in both the brighter and darker areas of your images. To get started, check out this tutorial titled High Dynamic Range (HDR) Photography in Photoshop CS2. It offers one of the best descriptions of HDR that I have read. If you’re wondering what an HDR photo looks like, check out the HDR Pool on Flickr.
