Seth Godin offers his list of 56 ways to get traffic for your blog. Some good advice is buried in this list, like using del.icio.us and digg.com to draw attention to your posts. Other valuable tips include posting often, encouraging people to subscribe to your RSS and writing about Google! Godin used to be a Yahoo! employee but in my opinion he was simply too brilliant to stay under the auspices of any company as an employee, so he went out on his own as an author and is also a prolific and brilliant blogger. In fact he is in my top five must-reads in my RSS feed reader. This is a great article and his is a great blog.
