Very simple and fast solution for desktop sharing and remote control. What you have to do to use it? Almost nothing, just got to the website and download the free version. Even an installation is not required. It also comes with some nice features like data transfer and chat. Just try it out - it´t for free!

It’s cool that this powerful software is free.
Looks interesting… but it requires download and installation - not easy for novice users. Perhaps it’s good tool to support mom or friends, but for professional support I recommend Techinline Remote Desktop - the easiest remote support tools I’ve ever seen.
It works on any Windows and needs just a browser to run. No downloads or installs.
