If you design web sites and use a Mac, you must check out Sim Daltonism. It’s a small little application that allows you to preview your work as a person with color blindness would see it. The program lets you choose between 8 filters of the four types of color blindness. If you are interested in doing more than just paying lip service to accessibility issues, you’ll be surprised at how easy this application makes it to tweak your color schemes so that your designs are comprehensible to people who aren’t lucky enough to be able to see the entire spectrum of light.
