I’ve always preferred to read documents on paper as opposed to on screen, but I know that the Earth would probably prefer that I not use my printer as much as I do. Disappearing ink sound like an interesting green option for those of us who prefer paper. It turns out Xerox is experimenting with a type of paper and a complementary printer that would produce documents that fade away after 16 to 24 hours. The motive here is a very admirable one, but the problem with this is that I don’t always know before I print something that I won’t need it after tomorrow!
