TaskWrapper For Google Tasks

by Tom

If you run Google Tasks in a window that “pops out” of Gmail you may have run into the problem of your task window closing accidentally when you close your browser, or even when you switch over to your browser. You can find applications through which you can run Google Tasks on your desktop, but irritatingly is the mobile version of Google Tasks, not the full version.

Christian Cantrell has created a slick little application called TaskWrapper, done in Adobe Air, which gives you a full version of Google Tasks that runs on your desktop. Cross platform obviously, and it appeared useful enough to me that I just installed it myself.
